Discuss this engagementTHE PURPOSE
A consistent perspective as the business evolves.
Expansion rarely follows a straight line. New proposals arrive, priorities compete and early results raise new questions. Advisory provides a regular forum to challenge assumptions, review the evidence and keep the direction coherent.
AREAS OF FOCUS
What we examine together.
Decision support
Work through choices on channels, operating structure, investment priorities and the next phase of growth.
Commercial review
Examine the assumptions behind pricing, distribution arrangements, partner proposals and expansion plans.
Progress and priorities
Review agreed indicators and milestones, identify what has changed and adjust the next set of actions.
A local perspective
Bring U.S. operating context to discussions with the European leadership team and relevant partners.
THE OUTPUT
Work you can
make decisions with.
- A defined schedule of advisory sessions
- Preparation and document review within the agreed allowance
- A concise record of priorities and agreed next steps
- Periodic review of the engagement against the business need
Final deliverables are agreed in the engagement proposal.
A GOOD FIT
Who this is for.
Founders and leadership teams with an active U.S. plan and an internal owner for implementation. Advisory works best when the business has information to review and the capacity to act.
PRACTICAL QUESTIONS
Before we begin.
Who will we work with?
You work directly with Spirito throughout the engagement. Where specialist input is appropriate, its role and scope are discussed with you.
Can advisory follow an assessment?
Yes. An assessment can establish the priorities for ongoing advisory. A separate assessment is not mandatory when the business need and supporting information are already clear.
How is the commitment defined?
The proposal sets out the meeting cadence, preparation and review allowance, responsibilities and review point. There is no assumption of unlimited availability.
